System Setup
Capital Freight runs carrier onboarding through RMIS (Registry Monitoring Insurance Services), Truckstop's widely used compliance platform for the trucking industry.
With RMIS you get one universal login that works across every broker who uses it, though each broker has its own registration URL. Once your W-9 and insurance are on file with RMIS, that same information — along with any profile details you've already entered — carries over to your other RMIS setups.
Some RMIS onboarding processes require an invitation code from the broker.
Additional Insured
If you've already onboarded with another broker through RMIS, your insurance information should already be on file. Otherwise, you may be asked to add RMIS as the additional insured on your policy:
