System Setup
CH Robinson runs carrier onboarding through Highway, a modern, relatively new compliance and carrier-identity platform built by a tech-forward team with prior experience at TriumphPay.
Highway handles the compliance side of carrier onboarding for brokers, with a strong focus on verifying carrier identity. Onboarding may require an invitation code from the broker, though some brokers offer a public-facing link that lets any carrier sign up.
Additional Insured
If you've already onboarded with another broker through Highway, your insurance information should already be on file. Otherwise, you may be asked to add Highway as the additional insured on your policy:
Additional Insured
Highway App, Inc.5931 Greenville Ave, Unit #5620Dallas, TX 75206Certificates should be sent directly to Highway (insurance@certs.highway.com) or uploaded via the Highway app. Most brokers accept the additional-insured certificate from Highway, but check each broker's process for exceptions.Everything in one place.
