System Setup

Knight-Swift runs carrier onboarding through Highway, a newer compliance platform built by a team with prior experience at TriumphPay. Highway is a modern carrier-onboarding system with a strong focus on carrier identity.

Highway handles the compliance side of onboarding for brokers. Setting up may require an invitation code from the broker, though some brokers offer a public-facing link that lets any carrier sign up.

Additional Insured

If you've already onboarded with another broker through Highway, your insurance information should already be on file. Otherwise, you may be asked to add Highway as the additional insured on your policy:

Additional Insured

Highway App, Inc.5931 Greenville Ave, Unit #5620Dallas, TX 75206Certificates can be sent directly to Highway at insurance@certs.highway.com or uploaded through the Highway app. Most brokers accept the additional-insured certificate from Highway, but check each broker's process for exceptions.

Everything in one place.
