How FMCSA verification works and how to manage your account.
Why do I need to verify my company?
Verification keeps the platform trustworthy. Every company is checked against FMCSA records before they can post or book, which blocks fake brokers and fraudulent loads at the door — a major problem on other load boards — and protects everyone from scams.
How does verification work?
When you sign up, we check your MC or DOT number against FMCSA records, and a member of our team reviews your account before granting access. This human review is part of what keeps bad actors off the platform.
How long does verification take?
Verification is reviewed by our team and typically takes 24–72 hours. You'll get access once your account is approved.
Why can't I change my MC/DOT number?
Your MC and DOT numbers are what we used to verify your company, so they can't be changed directly from your profile. If your authority information genuinely changed, contact support so we can re-verify it properly.
What if my account wasn't approved?
Accounts are declined when we're unable to verify the information provided against FMCSA records, which means we can't grant access. If you believe there's been a mistake, you can reach out through our contact page to explain your situation.
