How do I search for loads?
Use the filters for pickup, delivery, equipment, rate, weight, and more — or just type a plain-English search like "reefer atlanta to dallas over $2.50/mi" and we'll turn it into filters for you. The board updates live, so new matching loads appear automatically without refreshing.
What does "Book Now" do?
When a broker allows instant booking, "Book Now" books the load immediately at the posted rate — no phone calls or waiting. You'll then coordinate pickup details with the broker in Messages. You need to meet the broker's verification and eligibility requirements to book.
How does bidding work?
On loads open to negotiation, use "Bid / Message" to submit an offer and message the broker directly. The broker can accept, counter, or decline, and everything happens in-platform — no phone tag. If your bid is accepted, the load is booked.
Can I message a broker without bidding?
Yes — you can message a broker about a load, or use "Email Broker" to send an inquiry with the load details filled in automatically.
What happens after I book a load?
The load moves into your bookings, a rate confirmation is generated automatically, and you and the broker can track it through pickup and delivery. Exact pickup and delivery street addresses are shared once the load is booked.
Can I save loads or brokers I like?
Yes — tap the heart to favorite a load, and you can favorite companies too. You can also hide loads from brokers you don't want to work with.
