What plans are available?
Broker — Free. Post loads for free, manage your postings, and connect with carriers.
Starter — $39/month, for 1-3 trucks. Full load board access, load and dispatch management, document tools.
Pro — $89/month, for 4-10 trucks. Everything in Starter, plus advanced reporting and priority support.
Fleet — $149/month, unlimited trucks. Everything in Pro.
Dispatcher seats are $29/month each on every plan.
How do I manage my billing?
From your account, open "Billing & Subscription" to reach the secure billing portal, where you can view your plan, update your payment method, see invoices, or cancel. To change plans, contact support.
How does dispatcher billing work?
Carriers invite dispatchers to act on their behalf. Dispatcher seats are billed to the carrier — $29/month each, the same price on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you can cancel anytime with no 30-day notice. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be billed again after that.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, including for the remainder of a billing cycle after you cancel. In rare circumstances we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, but as a rule, subscriptions are non-refundable.
