How dispatchers join, work for carriers, and get billed.
How do dispatchers join the platform?
Dispatchers don't sign up directly — a carrier invites them. The carrier sends an invitation, the dispatcher accepts, and they can then act on that carrier's behalf.
Can a dispatcher work for more than one carrier?
Yes. A dispatcher can be connected to multiple carriers and switch between them, acting for whichever carrier they're currently working with.
How are dispatcher seats billed?
Dispatcher seats are billed to the carrier — $29/month each, the same price on every plan.
What can a dispatcher do?
A dispatcher can search and book loads, message brokers, manage documents, and use the tools on behalf of the carrier they're working for — the same core load-finding features the carrier has.
