Posting Loads
How brokers post loads, multi-stop routing, and instant booking.
How do I post a load?
From the load board or the "Post a Load" button, fill in your pickup and delivery details, dates, equipment, weight, commodity, rate, and any special requirements. We calculate the route mileage automatically and show a preview before you post. Only verified brokers can post loads.
Can I post a load with multiple stops?
Yes. Add as many pickups and deliveries as the load needs — for example a load with three pickups and one delivery. Each stop has its own address, date, and time window. The board shows multi-stop loads with their route and a stop-count badge (like "3P1D" for three pickups, one delivery).
How is mileage calculated?
Mileage is calculated automatically along the actual route through all your stops in order, so the distance and rate-per-mile shown are accurate to the real trip.
Can I control who books my load instantly?
Yes. You choose whether a load can be booked instantly at your posted rate or only through negotiation. Carriers must meet verification and insurance eligibility requirements to book.
Can I edit or remove a load after posting?
Yes — you can edit or remove your loads at any time. Booked loads move into your bookings and are tracked through delivery.
What keeps fake or duplicate loads off the board?
Only FMCSA-verified brokers can post, and the system flags duplicate or suspicious postings at the point of creation — so the board stays clean and trustworthy.
