Carrier Packet & Documents

Store your setup docs and send a one-click master packet.

What is the Carrier Packet?

Your Carrier Packet is a document vault where you upload your setup documents once — like your operating authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and agreements — and then send a complete, professional packet to any broker with one click. No more hunting for files every time a broker asks for your paperwork.

What documents can I store?

You can upload the standard carrier setup documents: MC/Operating Authority, W-9, Certificate of Insurance, Broker-Carrier Agreement, MC/DOT certificate, equipment list, driver documents, references, and a Notice of Assignment if you factor. Required and optional documents are grouped separately so you know what most brokers expect.

What is the cover page?

We automatically generate a professional cover page (a "one-pager") from your business profile — your company name, MC/DOT, contact info, business address, equipment, and service areas. This is the page most carriers skip, and it makes a strong first impression with brokers. It's created for you and placed first in your packet.

How do I send my packet to a broker?

Enter the broker's email, choose which documents to include, and send. We combine your cover page and selected documents into a single professional PDF — the industry-standard format — and email it to the broker, with your reply address so they can respond to you directly.

Are my documents secure?

Yes. Your documents are private to you and stored securely. Only you can access them, and they're only shared with a broker when you explicitly choose to send them. No one else on the platform can see your files.

Why can't I change my MC/DOT on the packet?

Those numbers come from your verified account and can't be edited on the packet, since they're what we used to verify your company. If they genuinely changed, contact support to update them properly.
