Saved searches, load alerts, and notification frequency.
How do saved searches work?
Save your search criteria — lane, equipment, minimum rate, and so on — and turn on alerts. When a new load posts that matches, you'll be notified, so you don't have to keep checking the board.
How do I get notified about matching loads?
You'll see a live notification in the platform when a match posts, and you can choose to also get emails — either instantly or as an hourly digest — so you're not flooded. You control the frequency per saved search.
Will I only be notified about loads I can actually use?
Yes. Notifications only include loads you have access to and that match your saved criteria — nothing irrelevant, and nothing you're not permitted to see.
